Swedac welcomes suppliers to submit tenders in Procurement of framework agreement regarding Expert Services 2025 – Surveillance – Accreditation for the period 1 January – 31 December, 2025 with the possibility for Swedac to extend the agreement by 1 year at a time for another 2 years.

In this procurement, we only address experts that can offer their services through a company. In order to be able to submit a tender in the procurement, you therefore need to register some type of business.
Swedac will procure a “pool” of experts for assignments in several areas.
The suppliers who are engaged must be able to carry out assessments of the accredited body’s prerequisites for fulfilling accreditation requirements. Assessments take place both where the accredited body’s operations are conducted but also remotely
We are looking for experts who are already qualified TR (Technical Adviser), TB (Technical Assessor) and BL (Assessment Leader) as well as “unqualified” new experts who have the right technical
competence/background.

- Proficincy testing
- Inspection
- Medical testing
- Notification, notified body
- Notification, designated body
- Testing
- Validation and verification
- Reference material producers

- IT assessment (special, non accreditation area)
